All Packages Include

  • Exclusive use of our 62 acres featuring flowing green grassy fields, rock water feature and
    picturesque mountain views with full photography access across the acreage

  • Beautiful rustic-elegant venue, handicap-accessible, 2 bathrooms with granite countertops
    (2 stalls/bathroom), Lighted parking lot with an on-site attendant

  • Bar service area with refrigerator and storage for beer/wine, 2 large galvanized tubs, 1 stainless
    steel cooler

  • Covered wrap-around porch with ample tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the view

  • Elegant bridal suite for getting ready with a large granite makeup counter, 6 mirrors, and lights,
    large floor mirror, couches, table and chairs for eating, access to the bathroom from the suite

  • Grooms lounge for getting ready with 14-foot ceilings, leather couch & cowhide chairs, Roku
    TV, game table for checkers & chess, and access to the outside to play cornhole and frisbee

  • Prep kitchen with outside access for caterers to unload and load up without going through
    the venue, ice machine, warmer, commercial refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pots.

  • Ceremony Site that includes a wooden platform, 3 arbors to choose from (cross, regular
    arbor, mountain arbor) and 160 white resin ceremony chairs

  • A 2,000 sq. ft. outdoor terrace with teak furniture, tables, and chairs to seat up to 40 people,
    rock fireplace and fire pit to sit and enjoy the view

  • (20) 60” round tables, (10) 8’ long tables, (7) metal cocktail tables, and 150 indoor wooden
    cross-back padded chairs

Linen Package

  • Access to the venue from 12PM-6PM on Friday for unloading, set-up and ceremony
    rehearsal

  • Table linens with white floor length tablecloths and choice of toppers (white, burlap, gold,
    black)

  • Table and chair set up for up to 150 people for ceremony and reception

  • Access to the venue on Saturday from 9AM-12AM with a 6-hour event period; the event
    ending no later than 11PM

Day-of Planner Package

  • Access to the venue from 12PM-6PM on Friday for unloading, set-up and ceremony
    rehearsal

  • A professional, experienced day-of coordinator contracted by Summit on Cross Mountain is
    included.

  • Table linens with white floor length tablecloths and choice of toppers (white, burlap, gold,
    black)

  • Table and chair set up for up to 150 people for ceremony and reception

  • Access to the venue on Saturday from 9AM-12AM with a 6-hour event period; the event
    ending no later than 11PM

No-Worries Package

  • Access to the venue from 12PM-6PM on Friday for unloading, set-up and ceremony
    rehearsal

  • A professional, experienced day-of coordinator contracted by Summit on Cross Mountain is
    included.

  • Table linens with white floor length tablecloths and choice of toppers (white, burlap, gold,
    bl
    ack)

  • Access to the venue on Saturday from 9AM-12AM with a 6-hour event period; the event
    ending no later than 11PM

  • Table and chair set up for up to 150 people for ceremony and reception with: choice of wood
    slices or mirrors, glass cylinder vases (3 sizes), battery candles (3 sizes) & batteries, plastic
    dinner & dessert plates, plastic flatware, paper napkins, votive holders with tea lights-all set
    up and ready when you arrive

Extended Weekend Package

  • Access to the venue from 12PM-9PM on Friday for unloading, set-up, ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for up to 40 guests

  • A professional, experienced day-of coordinator contracted by Summit on Cross Mountain is included.
    Table linens with white floor length tablecloths and choice of toppers (white, burlap, gold, black)

  • Access to the venue on Saturday from 9AM-12AM with a 6-hour event period; the event ending no later than 11PM

  • Table and chair set up for up to 150 people for ceremony and reception which include your choice of centerpiece/table settings

  • Access to the venue from 8 AM-12 PM on Sunday to clean up and pack up
     

One-Day Package

  • Access to the Venue & Property for 6 hours (Sunday-Wednesday)

    • 2 hours for set-up & getting ready

    • 3 hours for the event

    • 1 hour for clean up

  • Table and chair set up with linens for up to 50 guests for the ceremony and reception

A La Carte Items

  • Rehearsal Dinner: 
    ○ Use of the Terrace or porch w/ deck on Friday from 12 PM-9 PM
    ○ Table and chair set-up for up to 40 guests
    ○ Food not included

2-Bedroom Cottage: (coming summer 2023)

  • 2 Night minimum
    ○ 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage
    ○ Full kitchen, living room, porch, deck, ramp to front porch
    ○ Linens provided
    ○ Onsite parking
    ○ Within walking distance to venue
    ○ Mountain view from the deck
